Classy Girls Love Wrapadoo & Looking Glamorous

My Classy Girl Holiday Gift Guide

Never let it be said that little girls don’t love glamour. I think it’s a part of their internal wiring!

One of my top holiday gift recommendations for your classy girl is a Wrapadoo. It’s the ultimate in luxury and glamour, and it actually has a function beyond looking fabulous! Given that we want to teach our girls to take care of themselves in the best possible way, teaching good hygiene, caring for their natural beauty and starting early with good beauty practices that are going to benefit her for the rest of her life, we at My Classy Girl think Wrapadoo is a genius product!

Designed to make the “fresh from the bath” (or pool) experience more pleasant for your daughter, Wrapadoo offers:

  • warmth from the “wet head chills”
  • aids in tangle prevention since she won’t have to do the head-flip to wrap it around her hair (watch the easy to follow video to learn how to wear the Wrapadoo)
  • curly hair classy girls will benefit from moisture absorption without having to “rough dry” with the towel, which causes frizz
  • eliminates frustration since the Wrapadoo stays in place securely, unlike a wrapped towel
  • it’s small and travels well so it can go along to swim lessons or on vacation
  • the fabrics are divine- so soft and cuddle worthy!
  • let’s face it, she’ll absolutely love the glamorous look of it- her beautiful smile will fill the room!

Your classy girl will love the Wrapadoo every time she uses it…unlike the 16th Barbie she is asking for but really doesn’t need!  Let’s cut down on the clutter and under appreciated toys this holiday season and give something special that she can truly use and enjoy!  I say this product is worthy of the My Classy Girl Holiday Gift Guide!

Face Cleansing, Twice a Day, Everyday

Ottilie & Lulu Face Wipes

When was the last time you followed your daughter into the bathroom to see that she really did wash her face?  Did you notice a dry wash cloth or worse, a smelly wash cloth dripping all over the floor?

Tween girls want beautiful skin, but they don’t yet know that the most important thing they can do for their skin is to keep it clean.  And as they move further into their tween years, they will face their own unique skin and hair challenges.  To help them keep their beautiful skin soft and healthy, they need to learn one of the most important beauty basics:  twice a day face cleansing.

Bar soap is too drying and water alone is no longer enough to cleanse her face from the dirt accumulated by her daily activities or from our daily environment.  Cleansing face wipes are the ideal format.  However, cleansing facial wipes for your tween should not be the same wipes you use to remove your make up.  Many wipes are formulated for adult skin or to remove make up and contain salicylic acid and methylparabens.

Use a face wipe specially made for tween skin. And, make it easy and fun. Of course, my daughter uses Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes. The 100% cotton cloth is easy to use (as well as disposable) and leaves her skin feeling soft, clean, and refreshed.  And because she knows these facial wipes were made just for tween girls, not babies, she is also confident about her nascent beauty regime.  We include a pack of wipes in her backpack to refresh her skin after school sports activities.

Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes are the perfect way for her to wash her face.  These wipes are specially formulated for tween girls and contain anti-oxidants to protect, vitamins to nourish, and botanicals to soothe delicate, tween skin.  The package has a plastic lid closure to keep face wipes moist.

Our Classy Girl says: “I like that the wipes aren’t drippy wet, and after I wipe my face, the air makes my skin feel fresh.”

Healthful Mom says: “The gentle formula contains green tea, grape see oil, pomegranate extract, vitamin C, jojoba, and olive fruit oil.  I love that my daughter likes cleansing her face with something that is good for her skin.”

Try Ottilie & Lulu Clean Skin Face Wipes and tell me what you and your daughter think about this easy way to cleanse her face.
